Very nice area and neighborhood. The apartment units are a little outdated, so make sure you know what you're getting before you sign because there are some more updated units.

The first time you were able and you had to do something about the situation you had with your family you had a hard life you didn’t want it and now you’re going through a hard life that is what I do for my kids I love them I don’t know why I don’t like it but you have a lot to learn about it I don’t want you going to be a part in this drama and you don’t have a job I just don’t know how you can do that and I know how you are but I know how to be honest and you have to do what you’re going through this is what I know you are going through this situation you are going to get hurt but I don’t want you to do what I want to

Love the location and the amenities. Super affordable and nice size apartments. Staff are friendly and helpful. Property is well maintained and displayed. Just wish there wasn't all the trash around dumpsters and in front of individual buildings as well as inside the buildings at times.

We haven't had a problem at this complex that hasn't been resolved almost instantly. The one time that we had a sink problem, they were very accommodating and understanding since it was through a 3rd party. Everything else mantanance wise, they have been really quick about it.

Blake in the office is really helpful and receptive to any concerns I've had. Maintenance is also hardworking and does their best to address any tickets I open as soon as possible.

I have loved living here for the past 1.5 years now. I've only had a few minor maintenance issues (knock on wood), but they were taken care of right away. The staff and maintenance crew are awesome and extremely nice. The only other thing is that I wish the pool hours were reliable... it's hard to know when it will be open.

It’s so Peaceful and diverse. The neighborhood are so nice we look out for one another. The grass is always nice and kept. The dog park, pool, and gym is also a nice little touch to the townhomes

I'm staying in one of the apartments in this building and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious, and clean, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. The location is also fantastic with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly

New hallway flooring was great. And they fixed the roof and stairs. And they give you updated on neighborhood stuff, which is helpful to Incase I didn’t know.

Good location affordable pricing and nice layouts in the apartments. Townhouses have in unit washer dryer and individual entrances. Generally nice neighbors as well

We have enjoyed our time here. I would suggest that you let tenets at least a week in advance when work is going to be done in the complex. With the electric upgrade we only were informed the day before and didn't have any time to plan for it.

Our grounds are well taken care of and whenever you speak to an employee they are very nice. That is appreciated. If you need something done, they are also very quick in answering your requests that are made.

Great area, I have been living here for almost 3 years. I had a great stay. If I had any problems, they were resolved by Ari asap. Ari is our property manager and she has helped me out greatly. The staff is also nice and quick with maintenance issues. Thank you guys !
